There is nothing ordinary about our extraordinary!

We are Reef Life Mayreau

Join hands with the fisher-folk community of Mayreau, on or mission to restore one of the Earth's most precious resources - the ocean. Reef Life Mayreau is dedicated to restoring reefs and supporting healthy reef ecosystems in the southern Grenadines with a specific focus on the Tobago Cays Marine Park.

Our Beginnings

If you had asked us in 2019 what corals are, we would have answered, “Corals are marine plants,” However we quickly learnt; if it looks line a plant, acts like a plant, sometimes looks like a rock, acts like a rock, then it must be an animal! Needless to say, ours isn’t your traditional beginning. However, as a community heavily dependent on our marine environment, we knew that we needed to start making some lifestyle changes. We needed to start taking meaningful actions to conserve, protect, and restore our oceans. We are fully aware that our actions on land have consequences for marine life, and we want to start making conscious choices about our everyday actions in order to reduce our impact on the Earth’s resources. What wasn’t clear were the ‘what’ and the ‘how’. That’s where CLEAR (aptly named) Caribbean Ltd. came in.
